No doubt. I hate it when those same customers just push and push and yap and yap. They talk about what great customers they are and half the time they've had 3,000.00 in adjustments over the past 6 months with three overrides at no cost with no upgrade fees and only two years' tenure or something of that nature. I just want to laugh in their face sometimes as I cancel each line. They probably will reactivate, but knowing that they'll have to run the check and possibly have a deposit just makes me feel warm inside.
