I agree. It's true that I don't like the upgrade fee and I may not always agree that pricing is fair; however, if you sign up with a carrier, you are agreeing to those charges when applicable. So to call and complain that you've been charged a fee to which you agreed is rather unfair and irrational. If you feel that the fee is unfair, then you should not have performed the act that incurred the fee or you should not have entered into agreement with that provider. As I said, I too dislike paying the fee and I'm not at all convinced that the price is right for the equipment or the service; however, if I agree to it, then it's only my own fault.
