Blah,Blah,Blah! I am sure AT&T does go by the books in most cases. I bet they won't bend and give unlimited data to someone who cry's about not getting it. Maybe this is a reason that when you go into a store 3 months later like everyone that works there is different! Heck maybe this so called not following "Policy" is why you are a "Former Employee" Yes in most cases they can make a bend to the rules if the situation meets certain guidelines but either way it is following a policy in the end. Stop taking up for the big brothers of wireless you come off as a shill when you take up for these companies.
