I would of gladly purchased the M7000 over the I730, why does Samsung and other companies keep the CDMA versions in Asia? Why not just give us the option of buying them if you are going through the trouble of making them?

Because of economic factors...whatever they may be.

Asians (at least the ones located in Asia) are early adopters when it comes to high tech devices.

I talked to someone a few months ago who spent several month in Japan for school. She had a Sanyo CDMA phone from there which is a camera, video, dual color lcd, speaker, etc (IOW a higher end phone in the US) and that was a LOWER-end/free phone over there. Sure the keys where in Japanese, but it still would make a call on the network here...we didn't have the software to upload PRL and programming info to it though.

I think I will move. 🙂
