Nice Treo 650 Review

The Palm OS is very familiar to most smartphone users, so a review of the new Treo 755p should focus on any improvements on the Treo 700p.

In comparison to the Treo 700p...
Is the screen brighter/whiter?
Is the speaker louder/less distorted when playing ringtones or using the speaker phone?
Does it handle MIDI files with elegance?
Are the system fonts different or more anti-aliased?
Is the speaker-phone full or half-duplex?
Is there improved handling of the "push enterprise messaging?"
How does the smaller SD-Mini card fare compared to the full 4GB SD Card?
How does the Calendar look in place of the phone dialer on the home screen?
Is it Palm OS 5.4.2 or a greater version?
How fast does it recover from a soft reset?

No kidding. Because it looks like a Treo 750 you think your audience is Treo 750 owners who have never used Palm OS. 🤨

Start over and do real review.

We never claimed this was a full review, we called it a video tour. i'm sorry you guys expected something different, but it's not because we were leading you on. However we are going to do a full review of the 755p, but i fear you may still be disappointed with it.

First off, we've never done an in-depth of a Palm OS device before, so we will be starting from scratch.

Second, there is virtually no difference between the 700p and the 755p. All we've been able to find is that the 755p uses miniSD cards instead of full size SD, and that the browser launches faster. otherwise there simply aren't any differences. the software is *exactly* the same version, so none of the issues you asked about appear to have been addressed. and the hardware...
