Not available for Verizon, of couse...

I didn't see Verizon on the list of providers. :-/ Bummer. I'd love an unlocked vanilla S4.

Of course, Verizon only allows phones made specifically for their network on their service. Even if it was CDMA capable and had LTE in their frequency, and even if it was unlocked for that, they still wouldn't let you use it.

It is strange as to why CDMA operators in Canada & USA behave the way they do.

No, that is the nature of Verizon. That is why I left them years ago. They were then disabling features on phones so I would have to use their "Get it Now" services which of course they would charge you for.

No that is the nature of CDMA in the US. They have a database of serial numbers that is allowed on their network. Sprint works the same way. Plus Samsung isn't making a CDMA version of this phone.

And what is disable on my android phone with Vzw now?
