yeah, of course nothing else comes to mind when I see that title... nothing at all! 👀
But then....that kind of common sense just wouldn't be good economics for the carriers I guess
However, you're right. The year I was born in, 1985, cell phones, facebook, the internet, none of it existed really, and yet people seemed to get by just fine!
my thoughts exactly! Also, as far as I am concerned, high schoolers do not need cell phones either. I got through high school JUST FINE without one! Technology has got us these days, got us in it's grasp. You want your kid to have a cell phone so you can "stay in touch" with them? How about you be an actual PARENT to your kids, like in the good old days! "My kid doesnt have a cell phone I can't contact him", this leads me to the question "Where the hell are you then?? great parenting!"
We become so dependent on it and forget how to live our lives!
As far as this campaign I am glad the carriers are making the initiative and spending their money to spread the message.
Something I see on a daily basis which drives me crazy. Driving down the freeway in traffic, people glued to their phones and moving along with traffic slowly. get off your phones and DRIVE!.
There should be a built in feature in all phones that if your device is moving anything above 5mph it loc...
