Well, lets hope so,and that some 11th strong arm by the mobile industry to squash ths bill, doesn't come about.

Well I can speak for 1 carrier and I can tell you we still give out the unlock code if its available.

I work for ATT and we do this all the time.

Exactly and just recently changed that there are no more exclusivity agreements that will stop unlocking a device.

Yea the only phones that I generally run into that aren't unlockable are obviously the iPhone if it's not ooc and the sony xperia
