Why- oh why- no stylus

by bill0480    May 16, 2013, 5:15 PM

My wife and I each have a Galaxy Note 2 and love them. One of the reasons is that we each needed the pointed stylus for tapping tiny cross-references and footnotes in a research application we use on our phones. We both came from LG phones Nitro HD and Optimus G and were spoiled by LG's far-superior screens. But the Note's stylus has spoiled us for anything else. It allows for many features, including handwriting recognition, even hand-writing Emails and sending them as the handwriting image to name but two. Trying that with your finger is like trying to write with a crayon, not the regular ones, but the big fat ones that very small children use. The Optimums G Pro looks promising, but LG needs to figure out the pointed stylus (with at least one button)! If I'm going to carry a phablet, I want fabulous, not just a nifty smartphone.
