You seem to not be following the business news recently....Apple's stock price has dropped more than 1/3 in the last 8 months....and there is no end in sight....I'm not saying they are in trouble....but they need to find the bottom soon....

And Apple's profits are down 18% from last year,,,in fact in his most recent meeting with shareholders, Apple CEO Tim Cook said, simply and directly that 'we acknowledge that our growth has slowed and our margins have decreased'....

And the new emphasis Apple has put into the low end market, with the iPad Mini and the $50 iPhone 4, has increased sales, while lowering their profit margins while hurting the long term revenue projections. (So Apple has belatedly discovered the problem with the 'race to the bottom' strategy that has hurt PC manufacturers for the last two decades),,,,,,

And as I said elsewhere, Apple's growth has slowed down to the point that the only way they can keep shareholders from selling their stock is by paying out dividends,,,,,they recently announced a plan to borrow money to pay out billions to investors in the next 10 years...(they are borrowing not because they don't have the money, but because most of their assets are hidden overseas, and if they open them up, they will be hit with a corporate income tax)'

I'm not saying Apple is doomed.....but the days when Apple was the 'IT' company appear to be over.
