Yeah, he realllllly comes off to me as being too laid back and unprofessional, considering he is a CEO. He also seems overconfident, as if hes saying "Yeah, these changes WILL work" when I'm sure inside his head he's thinking "This s#it has better work!!!"

Also, yeah.. surprisingly, there are many people who will pay more just for the T-Mobile brand even if their service is not the greatest. I agree with you, brand loyalty is really not logical, for pretty much any brand.

I remember talking to people who were loyal to the car brand Pontiac, even though they had sub-par quality and bad prices, and sub-par styling. It doesnt matter how good or bad it is, it matters who likes it, and lots of people do.
