I like LTE on my phone because it loads pages faster and I can through my RSS feed faster.
I use my smartphone for RSS feeds, some random (non-internet) games, and calling and texting that is all I need it to do. If I want to watch video I'll use my laptop or tv because they have bigger screens.

I personally don't see how by not watching videos on my phone is not using my phone to is fulling potential, and if that is what using my phone to it's fullest potential than count me out. I rather use my phone to read information, and comment on the go. If I find a video I like I'll bookmark it so I can watch it later on a bigger screen.

I use less than 3 GB but I don't get mad at people who use less. Also AT&T can only calculate what the user does on their network and they do not know how much actually gets off-loaded onto wifi.

I like LTE because it loads sites like Phone Scoop and Android Authority faster.
