With prices that low it's rather difficult to believe the service provided can be any good. I like low prices as much as anyone but there does come a point where the price gets to low that you have to question the value of what you're buying.

The only problems I have noticed with Ultra is their CS and their coverage is restricted to T-Mobile's native footprint w/no roaming.
They have no porting department to speak of either. If you like talking to Manila Philippines, then Ultra is for you. The CS dept. is polite and courteous but work completely off a script(normal for overseas CS anyway.)
Ultra's international rates are the best of any carrier and MVNO I have compared and they are direct dial. That is what appears to be attracting their subscribers in droves.
