Customers: This is ridiculous! Verizon has just went too far! I am going to cancel my contract and look at other carriers!
ATT: Interesting! Why did we not think of that first? Let us do the same thing, except change one minor detail, to show that we are unique...
Typical Verizon rep: If you are upset with this, go on to some other carrier, and enjoy their crappy coverage. Verizon has coverage EVERYWHERE, and every other carrier has coverage NOWHERE...(while at the same time, the rep enjoys his discounted service for being a Verizon rep)
