You know, as dumb as this sounds, but I wonder how much market they have in America for budget phones. (I just got off a call where some 9 year old lost his C1300). It'd make a cheap replacement phone.

Oh I bet the market is huge, and not just because of 9 year olds with cell phones (That amazes me though. Why does a 9 y/o need a cell phone??) Lots of Americans only want cheap, basic phones and these 2 new ones will satisfy the demands of people who complain about having too many features.

$50 phones would be nice for when ppl need replacements... As far as kids with phones... try 4 years old! I seriously had a customer who wanted a phone for their 4 yr old! That is freakin rediculous! She wanted it so he could call her after day care! What kind of irresponsible parent doesn't know when their kids gets out of day care? It's not like he has to stay late because he didn't do his homework?!?!?! Some ppl are just strange. Lol but some of us sound like the parents that come in to the stores and say "you can have a cell phone when you can pay for it yourself" I think that is a good rule of thumb
