shareholders want more and they think its worth more money. PCS' fiduciary responsibility is to make sure they are getting the most value for their shares. that's the life of investing in stocks. I have shares in PCS and if i think the company is worth more, i'd vote no until i get a sweeter offer. Remember, AWE (ATT Wireless) and Sprint.Nextel?

The way this works is that since T-mobile USA doesnt have shares, is that there will be a 76/24 split DT/T-mobile USA owning Metro PCS (The combined company). They want to be in USA (DT) That is.
