Nokia N95 Video Tour

but i'd have to argue that no US 3G is not the biggest shortcoming. as much as i love the speed of 3G data, i have not been disappointed by browsing the desktop web or checking my mail at EDGE speeds. if want to do anything like stream video, i admit i wait til i'm around a wifi hotspot (since wifi on the N95 rocks!) but it's not like streaming video over cingular's 3G network is so rock solid awesome to begin with, at least not by my own experience or that of other phonescoop members.
i'll be honest, at this point, at least where i live (san francisco), cingular's 3G network is so unreliable that i actually gave up using 3G phones (except for review) and use 2G for my own personal purposes. YMMV but i can't walk 5 feet while talking without dropping a call, and whenever i try to get online i always seem to start out at HSDPA speeds and can watch as the connection drops down to regular 3G and then EDGE over the course of the next minute or so. so you can understand why it's difficult for me to consider US 3G as a critical feature.
i understand that considering the high end status of this phone, that many high end users want 3G, but i think it's mostly to say they have it, not because they actually benefit from it.
