How can the Galaxy Nexus be a supposed infringer on Apple's supposed patent when the Galaxy Nexus is a pure Android smartphone. Nothing that is proprietary to Samsung is on the Galaxy Nexus, at least not software.

Last year, Apple tried to add Android as a separate item in the US lawsuit. "I hate you, but you are too popular around here so I am going to beat up that foreign guy you hang out with instead."

It's completely nuts because Samsung is really just a user of Google's product. So what's next, Exxon has an oil spill and the feds arrest people who bought their gasoline?

Intel already paid LG patent fees so they could sell chips. Quanta bought those chips from Intel and LG SUED QUANTA FOR USING INTE...
