The way it should have been

I think the way that T-Mobile is doing their pricing, no contract, no subsidy but optional monthly installments, is the way things should have been in this industry. I think that the pricing is completely fair and reasonable.

As I mentioned before, only if they can just sure up some coverage issues (no coverage and edge being upgraded), I will become a customer.

I have read on some sites of people complaining that T-Mo is not advertising their phone installment fee (as if they are hiding something). I feel that these people do not see the big picture in that they have been paying that with their current carriers every month, even when out of contract. Or if they used their own equipment, they were charged the same fee, in many cas...

I agree 100%. They own the prepaid market so they decided to utilize their domination in that arena and expand it to all sectors. Makes sense. Its a lower cost for them... We shall see

@yourvoiceofreason

Exactly...I just posted this in another thread but here's my input:

They better step the sh!it up with the network. They are late with EVERYTHING. Last network to get LTE, Iphone, etc. And them saying other networks are BS with contracts...ummm hello...they been doing it for umm....ohh...since they started....now it's a "sham" I understand the need to "re-vamp" the company but if your a smart consumer you will know that this "Uncarrier" approach is because they are excessively hurting as a company as a whole. We call this a last-ditched effort before we raise a white flag. Come on! I have SOLID 2G in areas where at&t had 3G or HSPDA+ 4-5 yrs ago for crying out loud!! Focus on this is more important to me then the smo...

Haha, we are responding to each other in different threads..I just left you a response on the other one.

Now, if T-Mo does not improve the network, I will be irritated (like it seems that you are). But since I am getting assurances that they will address the issues, I am in a good mood regarding them..lol..

They are improving their network slowly but surely. I have been a customer of theirs for about 12 years. Post paid and now No Contract. Where service was really spotty before it has received improvement. I previously used a HTC Sense 4G it received excellent data speeds all over from San Diego up to San Francisco. I only really experienced sad data speeds when riding the Amtrak in between Ventura CA up to Carpentria CA nobody lives there haha so it makes sense. Everywhere else the data was fast, faster then ATT 3G and Faster then Sprints 4G Wimax.

Now I am using a unlocked Note 2 from ATT. They upgraded their 3G HDSPA+ in select areas where I live luckily I am in those areas about 80% of the time. However when I travel to locations where...
