AT&T's Note 2 LTE's frequencies are 700 MHz Class 17, 1700/2100 MHz.

T-mobile Note 2 uses: 1.7/2.1GHz spectrum, 1.9ghz also (from failed merger) i havnt read anything that says that T-mobile will be utilizing their 700mhz, if they have any, for LTE.

so you might be able to given the fact that they are using the other spectrums but cant give a definitive answer.
