As far as I know, the Note II model sold by at&t supports LTE 700, 850, and and 1900, and the T-Mobile Note II supports LTE 700 + 1700. The only shared band is the 700, mainly becuase AT&T had to give T-Mobile at least one (1) single 700mhz licence becuase of the failed merger from what I understand. Right now T-Mobile has no plans to use 700Mhz for anything, but that might change. So unfortunately, the at&t model of the Note II looks like it will not support T-Mobiles LTE network. I can't say that for 100%, but looking at all of the evidence, phone bands, broadcast bands, it doesnt look like it.
