I have to say, Jon Doh, you are 100% wrong with your statements. First off, STAY ON TOPIC. This doesn't belong under my post.

Second, did I mention you are 100% wrong again. T-Mobile has awesome 4G service, albeit probably not in your town. Now, I will give you the facts.

1) T-Mobile got the JD Powers award for best customer satisfaction for about 6 or so years in a row right until the possibly merger with AT&T. If that merger occurred, many T-Mobile employees would have lost their jobs. So their Customer service dropped to number 4. But its already climbing way up again. Yes, they have a Philipines call center, but most of my calls still go to the US.

2) Where T-Mobile lacks in coverage, they make up in roaming agreements. On their pre-paid network, they have poor coverage in remote areas like Wyoming, but on their post paid network, they have almost the same coverage at AT&T. I travel extensively all over the country and have no problem getting signal, let alone a fast signal.

3) Yes, they have 3G all over the place. I haven't seen edge in ages. And they have 4G, which was really 3G but the conference in Belgium stated that it was fast enough for 4G and allowed them to call it 4G. My 4G (not LTE) is 2x as fast as the Verizon LTE where I have compared it.

4) And yes, it is a budget carrier, with amazing 5* customer service. And while the coverage is not as vast as Verizon, its still almost as good as AT&T. If you really want to pay almost double for Verizon or AT&T to have that super speedy service in the NE corner of Wyoming or North Dakota, be my guest. You are not saving 10 bucks per month.

Please don't post on these boards when you have absolutely no clue as to what you are speaking about. I can back up every point there with facts. You are the kind of customer that keeps the greedy Verizon etc. in service because you lack the knowledge about what is happening.

I worked for several years for two different carriers and have a deep understanding of the subject, not a passing misunderstanding.
