Snapdragon 600, or 800?

And is there really going to be a 64GB version THIS TIME??? Samsung said there was going to be a 64GB S3, there never was.

The processor is a Snapdragon S4. Don't know the exact chipset involved yet.

Do you know if there have been any improvements made on the antenna design? My current smartphone is the Droid Charge (essentially equivalent to the S1)

Do newer smartphones have some sort of dual-band antenna design where it can pull in a signal better than snartphones 2yrs ago?

Depends on the carrier you are buying the phone for. This information wont be released until closer to the release date I assume. All carriers have different radio antennas built in optimized for their specific network.

The U.S. S4 is getting the Snapdragon 600,
I'm going to sit tight and be patient and wait for
the Snapdragon 800 to reach smartphones, the Snapdragon 800 is a very, very impressive processor!!!

Jay,

Haven't heard much on a quad core 800. Most buzz is on the 600 with some parts of the internet actually confirming this. My guess is the 800 "may" be used in Samsung's upcoming tablets.

As far as the memory, I'm more interested in removable storage. I generally don't store anything to the phone. Always to the card. I would rather purchase the less expensive phone and upgrade the card at will when needed.

I love my new galaxy3. I would've waited on the G4 but I've been nursing my HTC Evo for far too long. No Complaints here. It has the essentials that are specific for me to function with less headaches.

Sorry, guys, my original info was bad. Qualcomm says the Samsung Galaxy S 4 will use a Snapdragon 600 processor. It will have four cores at 1.9GHz per core.
