I don't necessarily believe that. It was just a response to a petition. There are thousands of petitions that people create. The fact that it was commented on by the FCC and the President is a great thing. And the FCC chair said he is going to see what he can do. As far as bringing legislation, congress can't even pass legislation that we need to keep the country running functionally. Why would they vote on this now, when the telecoms are lining their pockets to vote against it? They are useless.
