with Nintendo DS and the PSP i dont see why they would expand an inferier platform. ive played with a QD and it didnt impress me. i've heard (meaning it could be BS) that those game cards can only hold a max of 32 megs on them

Actually, the QD can handle a 1GB MMC card (some say 2GB)- what this article really has to say is that they are going after the mobile gaming arena, as in JAVA and Symbian, which other mobile phones are capable of doing (but not the PSP and DS), plus play N-Gage games. That means that you can play N-Gage games on, say, a version of the N90. You know, the one with a 4GB hard drive, 2 Megapixel camera with flash, etc. Or maybe another version of a 7710- the one with a touchscreen that you can watch Mobile TV on. Hopefully, this means that when it gets on a 3G phone, a developer might make a game that you can play in real time, rather than turn based as it is currently. I am excited. I love my QD, although I'll admit, the games got old. I love my emulators that I got for it though. I think it would be awesome if they came out with gaming devices with similar button config to the current phone while adding Edge or 3G. The lack of faster net and a pretty weak screen is all that I didn't like about the original.
