Judge Vacates $450M in Damages in Apple v. Samsung Case

I've had the misfortune of serving on three juries and I have no doubt the jury had no clue.....it's ridiculous the restrictions on juries....if you know anything about the subject of the trial, your're dismissed, during the trial you aren't allowed to take notes or ask questions, and you aren't allowed to discuss the case with the other jurors except during deliberations, by the time you get to deliberations even the most serious and civic minded person is likely completely confused about the case, and worse, in most states you aren't even allowed to review the evidence to clear up any misunderstandings....first they try to make you as ignorant as possible, then they expect you to make a decision. Frankly it's amazing if juries ever get the right verdict.
