That's true. Early adopters of any BB device used to struggle with issues of many kinds. Hopefully the new bosses there have realized the company's shortcomings and are working to fix it. It may very well be their last chance so they should use it wisely. This is a good start for sure. Now, if AT&T would get around to releasing it I could sure use one!

There's also supposed to be an update providing support for Jelly Bean apps, which would mean that any app you can't find in Blackberry World could be found in Google Play and then side loaded onto the device.....which should fix the 'lack of apps' problem for all but the most stubborn anti-Blackberry people...
