I had a chance to test the phone at a trade show and I must say I was not impressed. It had major connectivity issues with both t mobile and AT&T. The unit was rugged but lacked many useful features in a rugged unit, such as loud speaker and ringtone. At the same time I tested a Sonim phone ( which I totally did not like ) and found the functionality of the Sonim phone was much better. This phone looked like somebody just took a rugged piece of plastic and stuck the CAT name on it. Personally until something more reliable comes out I would stick to Samsung or Motorola
