LOL. I hope you guys did you job and informed your Nextel customers that Nextel uses IDEN and not GSM. JS.
Not many people know that, the Go Smart retailers are trained to tell customers that any Unlocked GSM device can be used on the service. As far as Unlocking a phone only the original carrier can unlock it. So ummm it sounds like he absolutely did his job.
