ITC Agrees to Review InterDigital's Complaint Against Samsung

I see your point. But technically the suit is against Samsung, so the headline is not wrong. Also, Samsung, Apple, and Google are probably the three companies who are the most tied up in patent litigation. So, its certainly more sensational to include Samsung than Huawei in the headline.

Unfortunately, there will always be an element of sensationalism in journalism. How else will they get you to read, and by proxy sell all that advertising space? And it's the reading itself, of course, that reveals all those other juicy nuggets that are not in the headline, like the fact that other companies are named in the law suit.

There's no great conspiracy to see here, just every day journalism. Of course we can always comfort ourselves that it hasn't progressed to the degree of the tripe you see on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News. ;)
