My feelings exactly, and did anyone else notice that Sprint wasn't part of this agreement?

Sprint doesn't like being a cell phone company.

Sprint doesnt need it, once they buy clearwire, they'll have more spectrum that AT&T/Verizon in most places, 800MHz SMR for in building/rural (old Nextel spectrum), 1900MHz for most things, and 2500MHz for capacity constrained areas (outdoors/dense urban areas)

That along with small cells, they'll be pretty set.
