Yes any ETF is related to your contract due to the subsidy of your phone but your contract does invovle your features whether you like it of not. They can be changed at any time without penalty but there is nowhere in yours or anyone elses that says your features are indefinite. If that was the case they could just change it when ever they wanted to in contract or not and you'll be hard pressed to find much evidence of mid contact feature changes forced by a carrier.
