Re: Watching TV on HDMI cord
And that is their right. Also the feature is part of your contract, it's just that they allow you to carry it over as a grandfathered plan. You do not have a lifetime guarantee of unlimited data you just don't.
You are confusing contract with terms of service.
Your contract has zero to do with any rate plans or features.
At one time in the past carriers would extend your 'contract' if you made changes, such as rate plan, to the account.
That is no longer a fact.
All the major carriers have millions of customers who are not in contract.
They are still subject to the terms and conditions of service.
If they don't like the terms of service, they are free to change carriers at any time.
If there is a cost levvied for leaving that carrier, it is ONLY related to the subsidised of any phone they purchased from that carrier.
