Doubt so
I repair phones at home (I do not live in the U.S. and belive me there's a lot of ways to get your smarphone fixed for a little fraction of it's price; hahaha thanks to the Chinese replacement parts providers).
Most samsung phones (including some of their top of the line devices) have cheap plastic shells.
The same can be said of LG.
Among the best built devices that I work with, we have HTC, apple and nokia. They most often have sturdy metal frames for the structure plus either high grade plastic or aluminum shells.
