Judge Orders Apple and Amazon to Resolve 'Appstore' Spat

People like you are why I loathe Apple. Along comes the Apple marketing department and suddenly technical jargon that has been around for decades means something entirely different. The word 'App' was around before the first cellphone existed. So, how could Apple have possibly invented it. And since there were no cellphones at the time, how could it feasibly be exclusive to cellphone apps. The truth is the term is extremely generic and Apple has no right to it. Any lawyer or judge who say otherwise is a liar and is abusing his position.
