This phone sucks. Everything about it. I have only had it for a week and cant even use it half the time. And stupid T Mobile wont replace it for another 15 days. Don't waste your money. It's a music phone that doesn't play music half the time. Whoo.

Yes this phone has a few flaws but most are due to bad files being downloaded to the phone. The only problem that I've seen is on volume 10 extremely high pitched sounds muffle a little. Other than that it is receiving high marks at my store.

Only files I have downloaded on the phone are the music files that came preloaded on the phone. That's it. And I have to get a new one because the "few flaws" it has are so bad. The day after I got it I had issues.

I have had the 5300, since beginging of Feb, and i have had no problems whats so ever. Just curious but uhh what kind of tmobile store did you go that that wont allow you to return the phone for 15 day? last time i checked tmobile policy was u only had 14 days to return the phone so why would they tell you to wait 15 days? authorized dealer much?

For the price its the best music phone avaible imo, especially at tmobile. the rizr an 629 are great and all but you have to buy more stuff for it that nokia includes. The 5300 is by far the most popular phone at my store, and the return rate is ver very small. an when they are returned its cause they didnt need all the features in the phone. i personlly have not returned one for any malfunctio...

I ordered it online. i got the run around by TMobile and was told so many conflicting things, I got so fed up with the way everything was going that I'm taking my service back to Verizon and using my enV which I never had any issues with. I now can't hear anybody on the phone, so I can't use it, which is a big deal, because it's also my home phone. And when I text it will randomly shut all the way off and when I try to open up a text message, the phone will freeze completely. I talked to 7 different reps trying to figure out if there was anyway that I could get a new phone and they said not until 14 days are up (also was told 15, 20 and 30.) Or I can do an exchange after i have had this POS 30 days and wait a month to get a new one. In the m...
