Dish Makes Competitive Bid for Clearwire

It's business. Just because Sprint made an official bid, doesn't mean that other companies can't bid, too. It is a bid, after all. Which means, it's open to any company that is able and willing to put up the money.

This is will only work out better for the share holders. Now that there's another bid on the table, both have to make their offers as attractive as possible to the share holders. Now, as for the consumers, that's a different story. This will ultimately depend on the shareholders, too. IF, they feel that whichever deal they decide on will benefit the consumers, and in turn boost their profits, they may go with that deal. But, considering Sprint hasn't done much with Clearwire, Dish just might be another alternative to look at.

But, I guess time will tell.
