As always. Sprint was/is late to the game. I have been using an HTC "Arrive" Windows 7.5 phone on Sprint for the last two or more years. Best phone I ever had. Windows Phone 8 arrived to the market place three months ago with some high end phones. All reviews were over the top. It was time to stay up to date with the new operating system and upgrade to a better phone. After months of contacting, emailing and talking, the best I knew was that Sprint "no longer supports Windows phone" but may reconsider in 2013. I was also repeatedly told that "we have some of the best Android phones available". Certainly not a good answer for a 14 year Sprint customer with six devices on the account. I've been loyal, supportive and patient. But no more. Yeste...

That may be, but by the end of 2013, they'll be in one of the best positions for cash flow and network wise.

Fact is, they WILL have LTE, and have it unlimited. They will own more spectrum than all other carriers AND be financed by Softbank - which will make little to no changes, rather give Sprint the funds they need.

Have fun at whatever carrier you're at - and here's some shocking news, everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has some horror story regarding their current or last carrier. Look up AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile horror stories, and you'll see an equal amount - all similar in style to yours.

If Sprint gains a significant increase in LTE customers, they will not remain 'unlimited' for long...

Let's be honest here: the promise of 'unlimited data' is not only a lie, it's an unsustainable lie.

Mobile bandwidth is a finite resource, you cannot promise every customer the right to unlimited usage of that finite resource and be able to actually fulfill that promise.

The problem with promising 'unlimited' data is that people take you at your word....and then the network becomes congested, and speeds decline, and customers are pissed off....

The only solution is to either start cutting people off....or ignore complaints about a slow, congested network.

Sprint is not promising anyone that their unlimited data plans will be forever, so how is that lying?

How would you like it if you owned an all-you-can eat buffet and someone accused YOU of lying about it because it wouldn't be possible for you to offer an unlimited experience indefinitely?

LOL. Someones jaded. I love that feeling people get when they feel entitled to something. Enjoy your new phone/service and let all the bad feelings go. 😛. Next time try googling for leaked information. Although most of it is tentative information meaning it can change.
