Apple Loses 'App Store' Claim Against Amazon
Another reason I can't jump on board with Apple...
Trying to take credit for boring, mundane, everday-use items... whether it's generic-looking icons, shape of everyday items, or general-use terms....
Point is... How about innovating and coming up with some unique features, rather than arguing over things that everbody already does?

Meanwhile, while the claim originality of almost everything, they use other peoples images as icons, like the Swiss Railway clock design. Pathetic.
But the funny part is, they only forced apple to pay them to use it after they witnessed apples aggression towards any company it can think of to drag to court and bully.
