I'm pretty sure it's not my phone. I did check to make sure 3G was on. I do get 3G sporadically. For five minutes here or there in small spots. I've been getting it more reliably in Philly in recent weeks.

But I haven't been able to get it most places in NYC today, and I was all around today.
