Sucks that Sprints network is basically a fail.. they have Spotty WIMAX coverage and an LTE network that barely covers the US...

Their 3G network is SUPER SLOW... yeah unlimited internet.. but only if you are lucky enough to live in those FEW cities that have an updated network!... I am in the Ft. Lauderdale Florida area and it SUCKS.....

I guess I am bitter b/c i was one of the first with a HTC EVO when it first came out... when we FINALLY got the "4G" No where i went had coverage b/c its so spotty...

It was a blessing when i switched to AT&T ... the 3G network speeds i get average at about 3MBS.. when on sprints i averaged about 220kbs... why bother wasting money on them?...

Too many broken promises sprint.. that is why i lef...

Ignorance must be bliss. I do not know how anyone in good conscience can give any money to a company as duplicitous as AT&T, which tried to hoodwink regulators but got dressed down by a federal judge in trying to push through the T-Mobile acquisition. AT&T is as anti consumer as they come. And the more market share you give AT&T, the more money that AT&T will try to extract from your wallet.

Very true, but unlike Sprint at least AT&T gives you good service and use of the data you're paying for while they rape your wallet XD

I too was in that same situation with the Evo when it came out. Sprint has improved in certain areas such as customer service but as far business decisions they just keep making the wrong ones. What good is unlimited 3G when like you said, it's super slow. You can't even use it. I might be bitter too like yourself but I just couldn't deal with Sprint anymore. I gave them a chance. I'd rather pay for more reliable service and coverage on AT&T than to deal with Sprint's B.S. Sprint is a mess. Maybe things will improve with SoftBank and Network Vision

how do people say sprint is a mess? They are either 1st or 2nd in every study on network and customer service incl JD power. If thats a mess I hate to see what people think about AT&T who was last one CS and 2nd to last on network (dropepd calls)

Such surveys don't necessarily account for customer expectations. Like many Sprint customers, I've made conscious decision to sacrifice some coverage and speed for price. As a result I'm satisfied with my service because my expectations are lower. Were I with Verizon or AT&T and had the same coverage and speed as I do with Sprint, I'd be considerably less satisfied because I'd be paying more for it.

Satisfaction isn't the same as liking something. It's how we quantify the ratio of what we give to what we get.
