Puerto Rico???

So it was my understanding that Puerto Rico was part of the US, and also part of Verizon's coverage area.

Last summer when I was in Puerto Rico I made a number of phone calls and was never charged extra for them, just deducted from my normal minutes, so why now would calls there cost 69cents a minute??

As for expanding to other places, that's cool, but Puerto Rico should count as still being in the US, like it always has before now.
