Well if you look at Apple in the Samsung case that is the same thing they did. They patented two major ideas that obviously were not their own and tried to make tons of money of them. I guess at least Apple is making products and not just a patent holding company. I think all these companies and their patents are ridiculous though.

So do I, but you're right, Apple actuially makes products and sells them, Mobile media does nothing. They don't license, they don't manufature, produce, or sell anything. They sit on patents, wait for a violator, and then sue them. Case in point? This case right here. Patent holding companies should be abolished, and ALL of their patents should be invalidated.
