T-Mobile Phasing Out Phone Subsidies

lmao! Yes I hope the same, im tired of all the screwing up on the accounts that they cause. Or when people think they had php on the account and they didnt or had one of the wal mart plans that they offer, its such a terrible way to do business it sucks having to send them back over because theres no way for me to fix some of the mistakes to our customer care to resolve, it just backs them up and its so unnecessary.
