I don't know about that first part, but yeah, I agree with the last part..
All of these smartphones look the same and give a similar user experience. Apple sued Samsung because they are Apple's only real threat. If this were about integrity, and not money, then Apple would sue their cheap knock-offs. I've seen knock-offs with an Apple for a logo... They don't go after those guys... Apple has no class, no ethics, no integrity... just a bunch of large nets and boring smartphones...
