Appeals Court Shuts Down Verizon's Roaming Complaint

Re: Confused.
Honestly....the FCC is getting out of control and becoming a rogue agency....
The purpose of the FCC is to determine what frequencies radio stations can operate on so as to make sure that there aren't any overlapping stations and there is no interference with the signal.....
I can see how the traditional FCC authority over the airwaves could extend from a radio station, to a TV station, to a cellular network, because they are all the same airwaves.
But there is simply NO WAY that the FCC's authority extends to control over the billing practices and the policies that wireless companies engage in. They were never officially granted this authority, they simply asserted that authority and Congress didn't stop them.
And now the FCC is claiming control over the Internet....which has absolutely nothing to do with the purpose for which it was originally created. And they certainly don't have the right to manufacture 'roaming agreements' out of nowhere and demand wireless companies adhere to them.
It is well past time for the FCC to be reined in, it is getting out of control and becoming a rogue agency.
