Nokia Sells Espoo Headquarters, But Plans to Stay

This says one of 3 things. 1. They are seriously strapped for cash. 2. They are positioning themselves to be bought, perhaps by Microsoft as the rumors have been going on about. 3. They are they planning to move.

Personally out of all the outcomes I hope it is the 3rd. If MS buys them then there goes all the other non-Windows Phone handsets (feature phones). If they are strapped for cash then it won't be long until they sink like the RMS Titanic and be picked apart by other companies or MS buys them for ROCK bottom prices.
