Android:
Very Versatile
Has many options for example stock, sense, touchwiz, 4 inch to 5.5 inch screen
Has customization option to personalize your phone
4.0+ make for the most reliable and smooth experience

iPhone:
Comes in only one model per year
Very little option
Can not personalize it
same look since 2007
Sluggish performance after the next year update
higher quality apps
have to jailbreak phone to get half the app android has

Also android doesn't almost bankrupt a phone company just so the phone company can sell it.

"Giving more money to [carrier] so they can stick adware on my phone is a good thing. I'm going to purchase whichever phone allows the carrier to add the most 'value enhancements' to my experience and allows them to screen print the largest possible logo they can right front and center."

-Absolutely Nobody.

Android:
-Doesn't get upgrades to new OS's after 6 months in 95% of cases
-Sometimes doesn't get upgrades to new OS's at all
-Has a near useless copy+paste functionality
-Has almost universally inferior apps to iOS
-Has Widgets! So you can wait 3 seconds for each home screen to refresh!
-Has really good maps functionality
-Has Chrome (which I seem to need to reset every friggin 2 days)

iOS:
-Has a billion dollar app ecosystem with console-grade gaming and enterprise-grade apps (seriously, some amazing things are being done on iOS.)
-Has phones that get an average of 2 years of OS upgrades
-Has pretty terrible maps
-Isn't sluggish compared to any Android Hanset for sale.

How is Long-press copy, long-press paste a "near useless copy+paste" function? Its always worked flawlessly anytime I've used it.

Widgets don't cause homescreens to refresh slowly (that I've ever seen anyway)

You're doing something terribly wrong if Chrome is causing you that much trouble. Or you have a terrible android phone. Could be either.

Otherwise pretty spot-on.

Almost all of these pros / cons that anybody would post would be derived from personal opinion on the specific performance or accesability of a perticular app or feature, making the lists biased, and unusable for any real world application.

The facts need to be laid down, which wont happen.
