They just forced us over to CST and said this would be the place for everything, yet they don't post anything relevant in there. I gave up on asking for password retrievals because apparently if you don't log into a particular system for a while, the password will be be reset.

There's a reason for that, trust me. I won't go into details as it is proprietary systems that I don't share info about as a Sprint Tech, but I literally have systems that guage how long since last long in and alert me via corporate email to log in and validate before access is restricted.

It's just good security.
