Apple, Inc. has confirmed it has filed lawsuits against both MetroPCS Communications, Inc. and Deutsch Telekom AG's T-Mobile USA subsidiary. Apple claims that failing to reach sales agreement has violated its intellectual property and has asked for an injunction to prevent either company from selling any mobile device or service that has not been approved by Apple's legal, licensing, and marketing departments. In other news, The People's Daily newspaper in China has reported that the revered leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, has been named the sexiest man alive.
